The risk assessment screen comprises several distinct sections. The top bar features a "Back" button, along with the name, number, and jurisdiction of the reviewed company.
Additionally for corporate verifications, a "Verify company" checkbox is present, enabling the execution of enhanced due diligence by cross-checking with extended sanctions lists. For individuals "Verify person" checkbox is available.
The top bar also displays pertinent details regarding the user's plan and available credits (more information: Company information).
Further, the top bar includes links to essential features, including notifications, settings, and context changes.
The main component of the review screen displays the data set, as per the user's defined requirements (What data my company requires?).
The left side of the screen contains links to various review sections, along with a small version of the company structure graph for added reference and a list of previous cases for this company. The list is organized as links so the Compliance Officer can easily open the case view in a separate window.
Each case is organized into eight primary components as follows:
Action buttons:
Add assessment - the button enables to provide a user-rated score related to a company or individual,
Generate report - the button enables to generate reports including review data,
Ask for data update / Revoke data update - the button allows the Compliance Officer to send a review for an update to the Business Owner. The case will change the status to "Request for update",
Summary: This section displays a list of issues related to the application, which Gatenox Hub has identified. The issues may include the outcome of sanctions checks, data inconsistencies, or other relevant information related to the review assessment.
Last update - Below the list, the Compliance Officer can find the information when the data within the case was updated and confirmed by the Business User. If the Compliance Officer's requirement is to request a Business User to update the company data, there is an "Ask for data update" button on the top of the page. Company Details: (section for corporate verifications)This section provides all details related to the company's incorporation data, addresses, and other pertinent information.
Personal Details: (section for individual verifications) This section displays all details related to the individual person, who has shared his / her personal information.
Business Representatives: This section displays all details related to the company's directors, including any necessary KYC information.
UBOs: This section displays all details related to the company's ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), including any required KYC information.
Company Structure: This section displays all shareholders, with this component connected to the company structure graph visible at the top of the review page.
Identified Issues: This section highlights any identified potential issues, such as the presence of company entities or individuals on sanctions, PEP, or criminal lists.
Files: This section displays all company-related files attached to the review.
Additional files: This section displays additional files related to the case and uploaded by the compliance team.
Document AI: this feature allows the Compliance Officer to chat with AI to for example summarize or translate the document, find data in the text, and ask a question about the document. More information can be found here: Document AI.
Assessment: This section enables the user to accept or reject the application and include summary notes as needed.
The visibility of certain sections may be dependent on the user's specific data set requirements. Therefore, some sections may not be visible.
Each tab shows the status of the analysis. After reviewing the section, you can mark it as reviewed using the enabled placed on the top right under the section header.
The green thick in the circle represents the section already reviewed, while the grey circle indicates the analysis remaining to be performed.
