# Risk score recalculation

On the "Review" screen, Compliance Officers can find the "Request risk score recalculation" button. This button allows you to request an externally calculated risk score for the case.

{% hint style="info" %}
The integration with the external risk score calculation system can be configured in the Settings [Company information](/gatenox-hub-wiki/general-settings/company-information.md) and uploaded using Gatenox API [Corporate verifications](/gatenox-hub-wiki/gatenox-api/api-reference/corporate-verifications.md#upload-externally-calculated-risk-score)
{% endhint %}

After confirming the request, the case will change the status to "Risk score recalculation".

Following the response from the external system (including risk score recalculation data), the status reverts to "In Progress," and the "Last Update" field is automatically populated with the date and time of the latest update.

In case, when you want to resign from waiting for risk score recalculation, you may revoke the request using the "Revoke risk score recalculation".

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.gatenox.com/gatenox-hub-wiki/compliance-cloud-how-to/risk-assessment/risk-score-recalculation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
