Managing representatives on this screen is important for keeping accurate records of who is authorized to act on behalf of the company. This information may be required for legal and regulatory compliance purposes, as well as for internal reporting and decision-making. By verifying the identity of their representatives, users can help ensure that their company is complying with relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining a high level of security and trust with their business partners.

Proof: list of directors/representatives

In some cases, a business may be required to provide proof of a list of directors/representatives, such as when registering with a government agency, cryptocurrency exchange, or opening a bank account. Users can upload proof of their business address on the Business Documents tab, which is used to store important business documents. Users can upload digital copies of these documents for safekeeping and to provide to relevant parties upon request.
